All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
Exchanges
We will only offer an exchange if the book is received in a faulty or damaged condition. If you believe your book is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with proof of the fault (such as a photo), and we will arrange an exchange for you.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the same title is unavailable, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange for a faulty book, please contact us with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the fault
- A photo showing the fault or damage
We will respond to your request as soon as possible.
